It gives me an immense pleasure to share that Rayat Bahra College of Law is going to start new course i.e. LL.B (3 years) from this session. Our college is already touching sky since 2016 and providing quality education to all the strata of the society. RBCL is currently running B.A.,LL.B (Five year integrated course) with an intake of 120 seats. RBCL, HSPR is a premier Law college established in 2016 under Affiliation of Panjab University, Chandigarh & also approved from Bar Council of India. The college offers best of the facilities to nurture the spirit of crucial learning and research to uphold its vision of enabling the legal education in shaping social, economic and political developments of the nation by strengthening the legal system in constructive manners.

The motto of RBCL is to share academic Legal education in Punjab has undergone a paradigm shift in the last two decades. The option to study law is by choice rather than by chance is the essence of this shift. It is not because of one but many factors. The effort of legal fraternity to establish focused RBCL is the trigger. I am fully dedicated to change the ethos of our current education environment according to the New Education Policy 2020 and provide our student the best environment for their overall development.
